Financial Law, LLC John North is a major fraud and his company is a scam!!! Run, don't walk away! Louisville Kentucky

Made the mistake of contacting this guy based on the information advertised on his website in which he claims to buy your outstanding invoices/debts for 75% of their value.  Unfortunately, none of this is true.  No sooner do you enter into an agreement with this so-called company, John North will call you and demand that you pay him $2,000 + for some bogus forensic accounting which he claims is necessary to sell the debt. 

This boils down to nothing more than a scam that he will try and convince you is necessary.  However, none of this is mentioned in the contract or website.  If you do not pay him the amount requested, he will threaten to sell your debt to a 3rd party in order for him to collect those monies that he just asked for.  This money goes straight into his pocket and has nothing to do with any forensic accounting. 

My attorney was able to uncover a large number of complaints filed against this character and none of the information he provides is true.  The company has no physical office location as he claims other than a UPS store in Louisville, KY.  There are no employees and all calls are answered by an answering service that is outsourced to an overseas company and then transferred to John's cell phone.  Fortunately, we were able to collect from our client on our own and advised our client to not speak or pay any monies to this scammer.
