JD Ellis is an Insurance Agent in Collingswood, New Jersey who signed up for our "Auction Leads", which is a pay-as-you-go financial lead program (no set-up fees and no minimums) for leads sold on an "as-is" basis. He signed a contract agreeing to our terms (see photo), which included a stipulation not to chargeback with his credit card company. He received two leads for a total of $62 (both had full, verifiable contact information as we phone verify all leads to weed out bogus info), and then with no notice or contact from him, he reneged on his signed contract and proceeded with a chargeback with his bank. When we fought his illegal chargeback on principle, his response was to write a bogus "ripoff report" about us.

We have literally 100s of agents who are thrilled with the quality of our leads, and who understand that the lead business is a "numbers game". While many leads result in no sale, their overall return-on-investment is positive. Furthermore, when our company does indeed deliver a truly "bad" lead (such as bad contact information) we refund our client immediately for the entire amount.

Unfortunately, much as there are "bad" lead companies out there, there are also "bad" agents who can never admit any error or lack of competency on their part - and instead blame the lead company for the lack of success they have.
