 In regards to the allegations above we would like to go on record to state that this is completely false and nothing more then the retaliation of a disgruntled carrier. We recently fired Paul Netherland/ Marine Transport, Inc. for a number of reasons. 1. He habitually raised the cost of shipping after contract was in place with client with unsubstantiated proof causing many customer service issues. This became such a regular issue with Paul Netherland/Marine Transport, Inc. which prompted us to investigate further into his business practices. 2. Upon our investigation we uncovered that in many instances there were lapses and periods of time where Paul Netherland/Marine Transport,Inc had been operating without cargo policy coverage with out our knowledge. It has now been confirmed that he has also provided not only us but other firms as well fraudulent cargo policy insurance certificates. 3. In addition to the above mentioned issues combined with an extremely low level of professionalism and customer service as well as dishonest practices we have decided to no longer do business with Thomas Paul Netherland/ Marine Transport, Inc. We are an A-rated logistics company with thousands of satisfied customer nationwide and Internationally. We deal with many satisfied high profile clients such as 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers, The Naftali Group as well as many dealers and manufactures world wide. It's unfortunate that we have been subject to these false claims. Our organization is currently exploring our legal options relative to these fictitious claims.
