I brought a ring from fingerfunworld and according to the data listed on the bid, it was suppose to be size 15 well, I put it on my hand and wore it for a short period of time and it was tight but not so tight that it would cut off circulation. Well, I took it to my local jeweler and he said it was size 14 and I asked him if he could stretch it out a bit and he did.

Well, fingerfunworld does not tell you that the jewelery will turn your finger green and yes I know it is fake jewelery but I have worn this type of jewelery before and never had this problem.

Well, I gave him negative feedback which is my right and he responded to me saying I could return it and I explained to him that I have altered the ring and if he still wants me to return it, I need to have the credit to my account much like he gets paid for the mercandise before he ships it and to date I have not had any respond to my demand.

Frankly, I am a light buyer on ebay and he is a power seller so this wont matter to my buying or selling as little as it is.

So fingerfunworld, you were advised by me that I want the refund first including the shipment cost before I will take off the negative feedback.

And to be fair, the ring is lovely design in itself but he has lied about the size and the possible turning of green on your finger.

I know you are not my former ebay seller

AUTHOR: Cheap Skate - (U.S.A.)

I know you are not the seller I am talking about. fingerfunworld has stopped selling on ebay for some reason which is fine. apparently they dont want to owe up to the fraud they have committed towards me and others. it is not the money it is the principle of it all.

and thank you for the suggestion about paypal which I have done. and fingerfunworld if you are reading this, too bad you would do what I instructed you to do because I would have removed the negative feedback on your website.

Oh my! lol I'm not your Ebay seller. :)

Oh my Cheapskate! I see you think I am your Ebay seller. I assure you I am not. lol I am just trying to help you get your money back. I am a cosmotologist turned truckdriver with my husband. My Ebay ID is otrblues. I do not sell on Ebay. I do occasionally buy. I just purchased a few items from Ebay, items #'s 370112617367 (jade dragon ring), 370112619523 (jade bracelet & earring set) , 370112630737 (blue shell pearl necklace), 370112642821 (9-10 mm white, pearl, violet akoya necklace) paid with Paypal, went back and checked to see if my items were shipped and found the seller was no longer an Ebay registered user. I tried to contact the seller and did not get a reply so I filed a dispute with Paypal. I just received this e-mail from Paypal.

We have concluded our investigation into your claim.

Seller's email: nishiwangcai2008@yahoo.com.cn

You have received a refund via PayPal in the amount of $29.04 USD.

You had already reversed the transaction amount through your bank. Because

Check it out on Ebay. I am not your seller. OTRBLUES! Go to the find a member section and type in my ID and I will come up.
Too many of these sellers rip comsumers off by either not sending the item they have sold at all, sending a lesser item, sending a broken item, or just simply sending a piece of junk. Don't you think it is time to quit letting them get away with it? I was burned a few times before I learned I could get my money back through Paypal. No, not anymore, I am tired of being taken advantage of. Good luck!

sorry I will not return....

AUTHOR: Cheap Skate - (U.S.A.)

till you credit my account the full amount. Just like I had to pay for the junk you sold and misrespresented on your store on ebay.

Like I said, I personally would rather keep the ring and have you have bad press on your website. I dont buy that much on ebay and if they cancell my account oh well, I will just start another one but you on the other hand have more to lose.

I expect the credit back to my account and I will ship your ring back to you...those are my demands and expectations plain and simple.

Return the merchandise. . .

AUTHOR: Pardel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 21, 2008

Paypal will refund the entire payment you made to the seller. As for the return shipping you will lose that money. Personally, I would feel the return shipping is the cost of satisfaction that the disputed seller will not receive one penny of my money. When Paypal returns your payment they return the entire amount, including the shipping cost you originally paid. Remember the seller is going to be out the cost of originally sending it to you as well so they are losing money as well. Plus, you have the satisfaction of giving the seller negative feedback. :)

I did all that...

AUTHOR: Cheap Skate - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 17, 2008

I want a full refund of the shipping charges and for the price of the ring credited to my account first. I have no intention of going through all that trouble when this is so much eaiser to me.

I told the owner of fingerfunworld what my expectations are and if chooses not to listen for whatever reason, oh well..it is business and not mine. I have nothing to lose except a few dollars on a ring that I bought.

You can get your money back if you paid with Paypal

AUTHOR: Pardel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 17, 2008

Most Ebayers (myself included) use Paypal when checking out our items. Did you pay with Paypal? If so, all you have to do is send the item back by delivery confirmation mail so you have a tracking number to prove the item was returned. File a dispute with Paypal for a refund of the money paid to the seller for an item not as described. When filing the dispute Paypal will ask you for the tracking number of the package that was returned to the seller. Enter the tracking number. Once the package is showing as delivered Paypal will refund the payment to your Paypal account. (You have only 45 days to dispute the transaction from the date the payment was made so be prompt when filing.)
