Fingerhut, Axsys National Bank ripoff, misused personal financial information St. Cloud Minnesota

I opened an account with Fingerhut before its billing service became Axsys National Bank. Fingerhut used my billing information to assist it in changing its policies. An example is no longer being able to send purchased items to an address other than the home or billing address on file. Fingerhut/Axsys used my personal financial information, at least in part, to cause such changes in its business policies. This is not an ethical business practice, nor did I authorize such.
