I've been paying these people for what seems like forever. I receive staements late, with late fees attached. My balance continues to increase even if I send payments in early. So,far I have paid twice the amount of my purchase and I still owe them money.

Even setting up payment arrangements has not helped. I cannot locate a physical address where I can write them.
