Fingerhut Axsys Bank ripoff unemployed phone on figerhut account. St Cloud Minnesota

unemployed? dont expect to activate your "advgard" insurance with this co. it seems their phone number has been disconnected with no forwarding.the # on my fingerhut bill is 1-800-900-4111 have been paying this insurance every mo anyplace from $4-$10 a month just to assure that if I am ever unemployed it could be used. What a laugh- how can it be used when they give a bogus phone # but yet just let me be late with payment and they would sure enough contact me!!!what is Axsys bank anyway?? this is where payments on figerhut acct are sent is it a real bank?? what real bank has no phone #??? I think fingerhut just made this bank up as well as any true insurance.
