I just had a horrible experience with Firefly. We were lied to about how the fuel would be charged upon return and then overcharged. Then we were misinformed about Plate Pass and now are going to be charged more fees. I spoke with several people at the counter and on the phone only to be treated with excuses and bad attitudes. Basically in the end I got the "too bad" answer from all the Firefly employees in regards to my problems. They obviously rather stand behind scammy fine print and horrible emplyees than rectifying a situation and making a customer happy.
