Until today, I was unaware that some ctucker had filed a complaint regarding Firemans on this site. I don't know who ctucker is or which competitor they are associated with, but their line is not original. it has been spouted by many direct competitors in the charleston area. The reality is that the Firemans Heating And Air business was licensed by both Scott Strople and Steve Wynn with separate SC state licenses. The business was insured, and did mostly excellent work. The business is now closed - not because of ctucker, but because the marketplace in the Charleston marketplace has been saturated with heating and air companies including a high of 397 active licensees in the 2010-2011 period. Prices were eroding dramatically, and no business attempting to grow its base was being successful during this period. Staffing choices were becoming pathetic, and operating costs were growing under the worthless Obama administration. As such, Scott Strople - State Registered Agent, made the decision to sell the interests to another local company, and twice agreed to terms of sale until, in each case, the sale was scuttled by Steve Wynn, who despite initial agreement to the terms, reneged. Scott Strople went in another business direction while Steve Wynn attempted to salvage the business interests while Scott was closing it. As of August 2012, the business is closed. Steve Wynn is still licensed by the State of South Carolina as an HVAC Specialty Contractor and would love your business. But before you deal with any competitor including Olde Towne Heating And Air, Carolina Sun Heating And Air, or Pardee Services, you will likely want to ask if there is someone there named Tucker or ctucker. They are both ignorant and dishonest.
