People in the firestar homes and rain farmers rainwater storage solutions  are horrible , not honesty , not responsible ,extremely mean and rude , be good at making up stories and excuses , who can not be trusted . we have terrible experience with them , specially the company owner- James Wendell and their worker Paul--from rain farmers .

When Firestar homes destroyed a house and garbage near our property , Paul destroyed our one panel fence with its green iron net and made another panel fence fell down badly during excavating work (this panel fence fell a little bit before) , but he did not inform us and did not fix it ,which caused Deer entered our garden to eat our vegetable , Also caused our organized pile stuff near fences fell down .He also dropped garbage into our property while using excavator ?

Numerous of people eye witnessed that and we had to talk with James Wendell after we tried and could not fix these fences , He promised to us that Paul would fix the fences next day , next day when we re-organized pile stuff , Paul came and admitted he damaged our fences and destroyed green iron net during remove the tree in their property near our fences , but his excuse is because we wanted him to remove the tree in their property which we did not .Paul was rude to call our stuff ***** for times (these items left by previous owner , most of them are useful garden tools and materials ),Paul said he would come back to fix the problem on the same day , but he did not , as a result , Deers continued to enter our property to finish our garden .

We had to talk with James Wendell again, finally , they did minor repair by putting one temporally metal construction fence to block the missing fence panel space(destroyed by their excavating) and stood up one panel of our fence after Deers finished our garden .but left space between fences which wild animal still can enter our garden. We are nice people with good heart , and we did not complain them to the city by law , just tried to fix all problems caused by them by ourselves ,Including spent 6 hours to re-organize stuff fell down caused by them ,but could not finish it , need additional weeks work , we have to spend months to redone our garden,tried to deduce space between fences caused by them , However , they not only do not appreciate our good heart and kindness , but also they are mean enough to complain us to the city by law to keep insulting and accusing our property ,including items left by previous owner need to be removed and so on , we called James Wendell to ask him , only get more insulting accusations from him regarding our property and lots of mean and dishonesty stories who make us feel really sick and disgusting ,we had to tell him our property is none of your business and we did not damage anything of your property , but you did damaged our property and caused us lots of problems ,

Then James Wendell began to lie they did not damage our fences and said he has videos and neighbors testimony to proof that ,we talked with neighbors and found out he lied , we asked him to send videos and neighbors’ testimony to us to verify his story ,Then no videos and no response from him . We really do not think such mean and dishonesty People and company can get any business . They are bad news for any customers .
