 This company is a total fraud. They will build you a home and then make you think you are being financed by a reputable company. The company is actually owned by the home-builder. They falsify documents to get an approval for a loan to make it look legit. The original owner, Jim Howard, passed away and now the family menbers will not honor any agrreements that Jim Howard made. They have left people with bad mortgages thatb they cant afford and will not make necessary repairs for services that have already been paid. You need to report these people to the State Attorney General's office with any comaplaints.
