First American Investment - Unistates Ca Never reported Lien satisfied to County Court System Williamsville New York

In Jan 2008 i settled on an old loan that was purchased by First American Investment LLC . They had a law firm called Mckelvey Law firm handle it .
The money was sent to the law firm but the company never contacted the court that the property lien that they had on my property had been satisfied. Now i am trying to refinance and i cant due to this issue and no way to reach them. Which based on what i am reading on here i dont think i will have much luck even if i were to reach them . I cant do anything until i get this straightened out
