I was contacted by Michael tran form firstamericanmortgage solutions on May 23,2012. we discussed a loan modification and lower interest rate and lower payments. the cost was $750.00 whic i paid. michael sent e-mails about the case and i have copies of these emails. he also stated if the modification wasn't approved my money would be returned. after sending the money and papers o haven't heard from him since August 17th when he got the last payment. i'm in foreclosure with my bank and still out of $750.00.
