First Capital Consumers rip-offs ripoff thieves Toronto ON Canada

On or about June 1st I recieved a phone call telling me that I could have a MasterCard with a $2.000 limt on it if I would put up $199.00 I told them that I did not have a checking account but that my roommate did and they said that they could take it out of hers, so she got on the phone and gave them all her information on the account and on the 7th of June that amount was taken out of her account. They had said that we would have the card within 10 days. So on the 20th of June we had NO card, so I called the bank to see if they had a phone number and a company name so I could call and see when they were going to send the card they gave me the number when I called that number all I got was a voice mail and said they were busy! So I tryed to go online to see if I could e-mail them and happend to put up the wrong company named(First Capital Corp.) when i asked them about my money they told me that I had the wrong number but that alot of people had called them thinking they were that company and gave me the number to the Canada Better Business Council, so at that time I called them and they told me that this company was a SCAM , and they also gave me two other numbers to call which were the (Fed. Trade Com) & (Bone Busters). I have done all this but what I really want is my money back! Helen Beaumont, Texas
