Someone from First Capital Consumers groupe contacted me stating I was eligible to receive a Master Card. All I had to do was give them my checking account number for them to debit $199.00 from it on June 19, 2002.

I still have not received my Master card. However I did receive a folder full of different offers from computers to FBI reports, they stated that I would receive my card in three weeks.

Still NO card.
