On June 26th first capital called and approved me for two unsecured cards, $2000 and $2500. To accept a needed to pay a one time membership fee of $199 and the cards were to be delivered in 10-14 days. The money was deducted on July 1st, 2002 and my cards have yet to arrive. Also, I have called numerous times and left messages and have yet to get a response! This is a fraud! Consumer beware! Abel San Diego, California
