First Choice Roofing and Waterproofing Ted Kirchner Bad roofing work resulting in $13000 worth of damage and refusal to honor 10 year guarantee. Richmond Hill, New York

Ted Kirchner installed a new rubber fiber roof at my house in September 2008 with a 10 year guarantee. Three months after the installation the roof seems swollen; apparently water was going underneath the fiber roof because of bad installation. On August 14, 2011 a heavy rain caused major water damage totaling more than $13000 to all rooms underneath the roof. I called Ted Kirchner and left a message on his cell phone 718-496-7008 and his "office number" 718-835-5551. He never returned my calls to this day and turned off his cell phone. No one ever picks up when I call his office number.
