I ordered some .357 bullets and 9mm bullets on January 28th, 2013, so I could reload my practice ammunition.  First Class Bullets and Brass (FCBB) charged my card immediately, yet sent no shipment information.  I have replied to their email four times.  I have used their "contact us" form twice.  I have left messages on their never-answered phone two or three times.  I have yet to have any  status on my order, nor any shipping information, nothing.  Just a couple of 'canned' responses.  It is March 11, 2013, and I have no real contact from the firm or Robert Wise.

I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charges, using the same information filed here.  My bank immediately reversed the charges.  Nothing from "First Class Bullets and Brass" except that the order was canceled.
