Company sent by mail a collection letter stating that center point energy was their client and wanted the final bill payment of $69.31 plus 5.00 fee this was paid but Centepoint never receieved the payment. They gave me a confirmation number, however I called later , I was told payments are posted at the end of the month which was September ? Center point has not receive the payment .
