I phone First Credit Services regarding a bill that came in minor child name this guys was very rude and blunt then he started yelling at me if you are not calling to make a payment then it was nothing I can do for you then hung up in my face. This is surrounding a membership that I sign for my 16 yrs old son.

I cancelled the membership without doing a exit interview so the gym state until I came in to do a exit interview I would continue to be billed I inform the gymi was no longer in the area but they state it was ther policy. So instead on my name being sent into the credit department they sent my sixteen year old sons who in no way should be responsible for my actions

Do you have their website? How did you "cancel" their membership? That may be the key for the whole issue as well.

How could they got your son name? How did you register with them? There is impossible for them to just transfer your responsibility to your son. Please elaborate.

Also, look for their contract about charging. I have never heard of cancelling a service without doing a survey would cause charges. I doubt that the law allows that as well. You need to look closer into the contract you signed.
