This company(ies) refuses to return phone calls, will not honor requests for copies of any Lease Agreement, and continues to charge for leased equipment long after said equipment was returned.

Phone contact is frustrating inasmuch as 'live' personnel are rarely available, and 'managers' always play the "That's not my department" card. The automated phone system is a nightmare encounter.

Lesson learned: Avoid First Data Merchant Services and First Data Global Leasing like the plague!
