Sounds like ID theft

Go to FTC.gov and look up the procedure to follow when your identity has been stolen. First thing is to file a police report. There are other steps to follow thereafter.  Make sure you download your credit reports first so you can see if any other accounts/credit cards/tradelines were opened up in your name.  Do this right away so you can stop the damage. Check legitimate credit websites for the steps you need to take to freeze your credit so no other accounts can be opened. Good luck.
