First Financial Asset Management, Inc Seeking collection for an uninsured motorist who totalled my car Houston, Texas

I was involved in an accident in May 2011.  An uninsured motorist ran a stop sign and totalled my van.  She was cited for failure to yield.  My insurance company (AAA) had to write off my van and paid me for a replacement.  2 weeks ago I received a letter from this company stating they were collecting a debt on behalf of Geico (?), that I was the uninsured motorist.  I contacted them, and was told that it was MY responsibility to file a claim for the uninsured motorist's vehicle.
