This company is unbelieavable, I wrote a report on this last year, only know this now because when I tried to registered this, it had saved some of my info from last year. Same damm company. Called Inet. I cancelled this last year in September of 2005 after discovering they had been billing my account since Feb. 2005 every quarter for $33.00! I don't even know how I got signed up for it and all they say is we have the IP address that it came from?? SO anyway here we are one year later and this company shows up on my checking account again and have drawn another $33.00! I called them and got the run around they asked for my cancellation number from last year because they have no record of it. Like I have a number from last year. When they stopped billing why would I keep it. I told them I don't have it and they said they cant credit my account, I said why if I hadn't cancelled would it take you a whole year to bill me again instead of every quarter, they have no answer except that they are a new customer service department that is handling this for Inet. The women appologized and offered me $100.00 in gas coupons? I said "no", I want my money back, not some coupons that I probably can't use or that I have to buy something from them before I do use them. I demanded to talk to a manager and threatened to call the police on them. I talked to a manager and he said he would credit the $33.00 back and it would take 7 to 10 business days. I got a confirmation# and I am watching my account for the next 10 days and then closing my checking account after the money is credited back, IF its credited back. This is defininately a scam!!!

How to get your money back

AUTHOR: The - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2007

If you want your money back from this company contact the Fl Dept. of Agriculture, the Clearwater local F.B.I. office, the Fl Dept. of Law Enforcement and the Pinellas County office of Consumer Affairs. Also file a complaint with the Fl Attorney General. The BBB can't help you! Adam J Shorr is the co-owner of this company. I worked there. Also John Bartholomew.
