I wanted to respond to you as quickly as I could when I heard that you have reported on a company with the same name as ours here in Michigan. I am the Sales Director of a legitimate Mortgage Brokerage name First Liberty Financial located in Farmington Hills Michigan. One of my loan officers just lost a client because the gentleman looked up our name on the MSN search site and found the link to your report. The client saw a rip off report on a First Liberty Financial CREDIT CARD company in Nevada. Yet to him all that mattered was our name and the words " RIP OFF". He is now not returning our calls.

We have nothing to do with that company at all. You have painted with such a broad brush that we are now being punished for the misdeeds of another company. You need to place a disclaimer on your reports stating that there may be other businesses that hold the same name yet are not under suspicion of any aleged fraud or wrong doing. Please have someone from your organization call me at 248-538-6850 ext 225. We have worked very hard to establish a reputation as an honest company in the detroit metropolitan area.
