#1 Consumer Suggestion

You need no one's permission--it's your money

AUTHOR: TheFraudChick - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, February 13, 2002

Mark,

You don't need anyone's permission. Did you really think those fraudsters would give your money back?

Go to your bank first thing tomorrow and file an ACH (Automated Clearing House) fraud complaint form. ACH is the method used to debit your account. The bank will credit the money back to your account. Then you should immediately close that account as I'm sure CCS will try it again.

Good Luck
The Fraud Chick
