First National Credit, CCS ripoff Scam Las Vegas Nevada

I called in December to receive this credit card. The deal sounded too good to be true, but I figured why not. Well they want to charge you 199.99 for the card and you also receive a cash on demand card which is actually a payday advance company. then they also have 2 other offers that are 99.99 each. Well when i called to cancel in January they were like well we will defer the payment until March, I informed them that I was currently unemployed at the time and they keep on persiting, well then a superviors gets on the phone and says well I can defer the payment again until April 1, 2005, if unsatisfied send a written letter canceling by March 29th, 2005. So on March 25th, 2005 I called the company to get a physical street address they would not give it to me. So I went online to the BBB of Las Vegas and got it and then called to verify and they would not even do that. UPS tried to deliver this 3 times and the business is not open. Know here is is April 1,2005 and the company has tried to take out 99.99 twice out of my account. The money was not in there and so the bank charged me 30.00 each time and I had 1 check that did not go through so there is another 30.00.
