I was just about ready to send in my $37 when my husband asked me where the gold card was accepted. This made me wonder and I looked it up on-line. I don't know if this is the old address or an even newer one. BUT I would like to thank you for putting that warning up. I would be out $37 and have felt like a fool. Florence Lincoln, Rhode Island
