On 5/21/09 I did some application online to see what kind of credit card I might be offered. I was not interested in anything being offered & cancelled out of application, I did not submit the application. On 5/26/09 First Option deducted $99.95 from my account w/o permission. I sent complaints to them on their Web site with no response. I have contacted my bank already.
