Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Company has deceived both myself and ebay. They sent the wrong size piece after we discussed the size needed. They admitted that they in fact sent the wrong size and promised to send the correct size as well as a partial refund for my troubles.
They sent neither and when a complaint was filed, they showed ebay the delivery confirmation, neglecting to tell them it was not an issue of recieving item but that they sent the wrong size. Ebay, in their ignorance sided with seller that "item was recieved"
First Perfect Sale on Ebay should be avoided at all costs.

I am happy to report that I recieved the item last night, so I humbly appolgize. They have fulfilled there end of the deal. It just took forever to get it.
