These Credit Card Companies Make it nearly impossible to pay online, when people have time at their discretion to pay their bills online.
Then the Companies CorTrust and Premier Banks Charge these Customers for MORE MONEY as Charges rather than allowing the Customers to pay on their Balances of Products and services.
These Tactics increase the Earnings, Profits and RipOffs for the Two Banks and Prevent the customers from paying online with the same amount of ease that reputable Companies allow to their Customers.

I can not speak on behalf of Premier, only Cortrust.
There are many credit card companies that charge fees for payments. Some charge a fee of up to $15.00 per phone transaction, we only charge a $5.00 fee. When you pay online, the $5.00 fee is highlighted in RED just above submit. If you choose not to pay the fee, do not hit submit. Also, as you have an abilty to make a payment online, you must therefore also have bill pay with your local bank. This is also free. Send your payment that way and find a new complaint.
