First Premier Bank Of South Dakota card came already acctivated with no return address to cancel. what a rip off scam mypremiercreditcard.com Souix Falls south dakota

I recieved my first premier credit card today, it states that the card is allready acctivated, and by using it just once , I agree to there terms of contract or if i dont use it it will automatically agree to terms after 30 days,

it says if i want to cancel before using it, to cut it in half and send it back to the address that comes on my first statement.

they didn't give me the address to send it back to with the card, and ive read every microscopic inch of the contract.

after reading the problems here im afraid to use it but dont know which address is the right one to send the card back to as they have many
