I hear you! They kept putting through a charge 3 times a day to my checking account, racking up fees, and then they close my account due to excessive NSF , for payment attempts. I had to get a loan tho clear up my bank account of 700.00 because of them, to find out they closed both , I had to Credit cards.I wrote letters and called, and I keep getting the same letter. Its affecting my score, HELP, please? What can I do?

I still have not heard back from that Julie from premier, I just looked at my credit, and its gone down, SUPER low, because they screwed me over with TWO cards! someone help me???

I received an email from that Julie, saying to provide her with my information and yet to hear from her, but my credit is being destroyed by the minute, Does anyone know who can help me? All I wanted was to be treated fair, and have my accounts re-oped, and the bad , negative credit rating taken off, after all, I was not in the wrong, I have proof, it's just no one cares at First premier Bank to listen!

I failed to mention that while they were putting through their attempts on two CC, my checking account was under investigation for some fraudulent activity, and I had filed claims, that is why there payment that I originally made, did not clear. I called them to let them know, and they still kept putting through attempts, 3 x's a day on each card, again it racked up my checking account in fees, and to top it off, First Premier closed both of my CC's due to excessive NSF, when I called and told them and I also provided, them with bank claims proof, and still they have shown , that they have "no Care" about someone who has worked hard at building there credit, and to think that Our Credit score lies in the hands of a company , that will destroy you in a second. I want to take this a step further, NO ONE , NO ONE, at First premier CARED!

Julie in response to your response, I know this, what you font know is the damage you cost me, when I had my checking account, being investigated for fraudulent activity, and called you guys to tel you , and you still kept trying to collect a payment, that ended up costing, me 700 in fees, and my CREDIT SCORING, because you closed TWO of my accounts! NOT one, BUT TWO, so as you attempted 3 times a day pe card, to collect , my bank account, racked up fees, that I had to go get a loan a pay! I am planning on , reporting this to more sights so, I can get the word out , of how you actually handle you customers. I wrote letters , provided proof, spent countless hours on the phone, and no one cared!, and legal action!
