First Progress was sent a certfied letter on 11/15/2015 requesting a refund which was reveived on 11/19/2015. I used the address listed on the website for refunds to be processed and mailed within 7 days of receipt.  As of 12/21/2015 a check has not been mailed and customer service representatives and managers told me a refund check has not been processed without an explaination. They refuse to put anything in writing that my refund is being processed.

And Your Point Is???

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, December 21, 2015

Why is it within ONE MINUTE of viewing their website I can see how the process of obtaining a refund is handled?  Either you didn't do that and you come here to attempt to discredit them or you just want to discredit them period.  In either case...notice the name of this excellent website...its "RIPOFF REPORT" and is a VALID place to post a VALID report of an ACTUAL RIPOFF.

Their website says for you to obtain a refund of your security deposit, you must PAYOFF any balances; notify them you wish to close the account; send them the cut up credit cards...AND...in ten weeks (not ten days) the refund will be issued.  The ten week waiting period allows any and all charges to come thru so that they are not stuck by a deadbeat as this credit card is a high interest subprime credit card.

ABSOLUTELY NO RIPOFF HERE!!!
