Customer Refuses to cooperate

In business we always encounter a variety of customers. The history of this individual has been a roller coaster at best. We have always tried to help all of our customers. This situation got out of control when the customer would not wait for things to be repaired. He brought his caes to Better Business and lost. We submitted the Facts of the situation and they agreed that we were more than cooperative. In spite of this Trust Fund Baby's attitude we still offered to complete the repair that he would not wait for. When his representative called and made agreement to bring the unit in for completion and we were happy to finish the job to it's completion they Never Showed! We consider this a continuance of his illogical thinking and business practices. Since he has made no effort to solve his issue we consider will still wait for his cooperation.
