In early November, 2004 my client who lives in Sun Prairie, WI (just outside of Madison), responded to a TV and newspaper ad for low cost loans from Fisrt Summit Lending. She was approved for a $9,000 loan but was then informed that she was required to send an initial "collateral" payment of approximately $1,200 before she would receive the procedds of the loan. She never got the $9,000 and never got back her $1,200 which she sent to a Michael Henderson, 784 Peter St., New Market, Ontario, Canada via Western Union.
