First Frankin Is corrupt that pretend that they are helping you but they not.We was on time every month for at least 2 years our payment was 687.98.We went to refinace our home come to find out we owe.. more than the house is really worth.So we couldn't refinance and we were on an adjustable arm.So they said that they would help us get refinances 2 months before we was set to adjust after We called them inquiring about why is the house worth more than we owe.

Well they took 4months and we called and called all we got was just pay our mortage until they get us refinances nothing but lies about they didn't get the fax then they did but they waiting to they enter it in the computer.So now we behind because we can't afford the adjustment.Now we need a Modification to get caught up.I called and called lie after lie about how this process takes some time.So finally a coupler months later they finally sent us a plan that appear that it was good news.Another form of they deception and manipulation.

We sign the agreement it appeared that our new payment would be 699.87.Yel right the payment almost double.Now we in a really bad spot the economy is bad and this company is being paid for default mortages.That's why the process is making us as borrowers look like it's us and it's this corrupt company.The people thet call to set you up on theses plans get paid on comission the bigger the plan the more they get paid the can care less if you canafford it or not.

Now we are in foreclosure we want to keep our house but we can not afford this high payment.Our credit score was good until all of this waiting.First franklin set you up for failure.I believe the Lord that it will work out in our favor.What should we do to keep our house? and subjections or comments feel free to help us.
