Let me start off by saying I referred 3people to Mr Fitzgerald~ which one whom was my mother. She had a accident at her place of employment which resulted in her having hip surgery and being out of work. We met w/Mr. Fitzgerald the beginning of January 2017 for him to take my Mothers case. Fast forward to mid April 2017 there where no follow ups from Mr Fitzgerald or him returning my mothers phone calls to inform her about the status of the case. She decided to end services w/him and got another attorney. He wasted my mothers valuable time and she's been out of work w/no income~he did absolutely nothing on my mothers behalf. These are also similar stories w/the 2 people I referred ~him not returning there calls and etc.

The beginning of April 2017  I consulted w/Mr Fitzgerald and his partner about my small business situation beforehand to see if I had a case against my landlord which they both told me I did. So I agreed to go into the agreement in pursuing a lawsuit against the landlord. I thought that Mr Fitzgerald would have my best interest and wouldn't lead me in the wrong direction so I paid to start the process. .. Long story short this man got nothing accomplished, he was not on top of his game, I had to call several times for updates and re sending addresses bec he sent letters to the wrong address and no one took him seriously and they thought he was a joke because how he handled his business which made me look like a fool as well bec I hired someone incompetent and talk d a good game just to swindle me out of my money. I later learned about everyone else and I decided not to go any further with Mr Fitzgerald. I did ask for money back to give him a chance to do the right thing. He said he would go over it with his business partner and he would get back with me the next day. Well, of course that didn't happen until a week later and my several phone calls and he said that was not possible. His response was not a surprise given his track record of lies and lack of business ethics and integrity.

Looking back on this I should have known that this man couldn't be trusted after I learned he was getting massages from a place that's shall I say very sketchy. Me and my clients met Mr Fitzgerald after he had received his massage from upstairs from my place of business and that's when he gave all of us his business cards. He's been a judge and a attorney for 40 plus years which is why I thought this man could be trusted..
