I HAD WATER LEAK IN MY HOUSE FIVE STAR RESTORATION CAME WHEN I WAS'T PRESENT THEY HAD MY DAUGHTER SIGN THE CONTRACT AND FIND OUT WHEN THE BILL ME ALSO THE LEAK JUST VALVE COVER IN SHOWER IT WILL TAKE 2 MINT TO FIX AND THE WANT CHARGE INSURING $2000$ ....SO THE LIE TO INSURING AND THE LIE TO ME........SEE YOU IN COURT

This complaint was filed after trying to collect from the customer. The homeowner was the one that signed the work authorization and it was not his daughter. We have the documentation with his signature.
We are not plumbers nor did we charge $2,000 for a plumbing repair. The amount owed was for the drying out of the structure from the water damage that occured from the leaking pipes.
Five Star Restoration has been in business for almost 30 years and is not in the practice of taking advantage of people. We pride ourselves in quality work for a fair price.
