FIX IT AKA SIMONIZ USA INC, --CAREFUL WITH RIPOFF! NEW BERLIN Wisconsin

Fell into the trap for Fix it from the company named Simoniz USA Inc. They tell you they will send so many "free" extras for which they charge very, very high shipping and handling charges (for example $12.95 for s&h on a free "free Turbo vac" and at the end the total charges on s&h are $30+ Dlls. on a product that cost $9.95 ! ! ! ! Somebody should be taking care of these bunch of thieves!.

Also, They said they will send a confirmation with the broken down charges and they never did. I did take the time in making a long distance call (their 800# is good for nothing except getting another order/rip-off) Then after you waited 10-15 mins. for someone to answer they tell you the broken down carges but they will not send you a full invoice. Talked to "Jackeline" there who said "we do not send invoice" the only thing you can get is the packing list (without prices).

I know it is against the law not to provide proper invoice for a charge they are making and it should be against the law to charge s&h very high amounts on something they are telling you is free.
