This  company operates in my opinion like a complete scam. I have been a homeowner for 27 years and had home warranties from reputable companies for the entire 27 years. I have never had an experience like this. Myself and my property manager have been trying to contact "Fixed" for the last three days. Should be called will never be Fixed . They don’t answer their phones, don’t respond to texts. On day three I was finally able to raise someone on live chat to fix the air conditioner.

I was told I would have to wait nearly 10 days for an appointment unless I wanted to pay an extra $175 then they could do it tomorrow. Sounds like extortion to me. Their property owners are paying for a service that they are not getting. It should never take 3 days to make a claim because they refuse to take phone calls . It should also never take 10 days to even look at the job. There are much better home warranty companies out there that do legitimate business and don't hide from their customers. Buyer beware with this one
