The car I bought is a 2007 Pontiac GPS for 13,000 Dollars. The Vaden Nissan took my 2000 Mazda as a down payment, but he finance company they use wants me repaid 28,000 dollars for a used car, that Ive been putting money in cause it has lots of things wrong that the warranty dont repair, Im a first time buyer, , if my credit wasnt that good the dealer should it tell me and dont do what they did to me. Finance a used car for so much money. Now no one is answering my calls. They said in the comercial we go an extra mile for you, well i guess they did. I need help dont know what to do. thanks

You were shown and by law they were suposed to explain what you were signing including all fees and the interest rate.

The warranty or lack the of are two difrent issues.

Check with your local government agency that deals with consumer complaints to see if they defrauded you or you just financed the wrong way and got a bad car.
