Ordered steel and was invoiced by Flamboyant Trading LLC, wired $77k to the company's Wells Fargo bank account in Jacksonville Florida. They sent bill of lading, steel was supposed to have arrived weeks ago. We cannot get in touch with anyone on this order anymore either by phone or by e-mail. We were in contact with Alfranco Carter and Alex Carter.
They need to contact us to advise on the shipment or to arrange refund of our money!!

Follow Up #2 - KEEP GIVING US THE RUN AROUND

Company promised to wire our funds back. Confirmed that funds were sent to us on August 22nd, as of today we have not recieved the funds. I've asked several times for bank confirmation receipt that funds were sent but have not had them forwarded to me as yet. Now they have Giala Nunez contacting us with a gmail account stating that they are in contact wiht their bank. E-mails sent to Alex Carter, sales@falextrading etc being returned.

We will update again once this transaction with them has been satisfactorily completed.
