Mr Flannery took my deposit of over $1,000 for interior repairs. He said the materials would arrive in 1 month. After 6 weeks, and constant calling from me, he and his assistant admitted that they did not know when the materials would arrive.

When I asked for the return of my deposit, they agreed. Over 7 months later, the money was not voluntarily returned.
