I did a survey on line and was supposed to recieve a free flashlight. I was only to be billed $4.99 for shipping. I recieved my credit card statement and I have 2 charges on 2 different dates for 2 different amounts. I only recieved 1 flashlight and no other items. It appears on my statement as Flashlight Gadgert Plus Lakeland Florida
