Then I noticed a charge from an unkown source for $ 19.99 on my checking account. After i called my bank, they identified it was " Flashlight Ventures " and gave me a telephone number " 888-738-8643 . Called and they cancelled the recurring account, but advise.

Then advised that there would be a restocking charge of $ 10.49 , I complained, Then said they could issue a credit for 25%   (5.00 ) to my debit card. 

Overall, they said when I ordered it there was a popup that said you had to return / etc. within a 14 day trial period or they put you on an autoship program every month, and you would be charged on and on.

I , along with others apparently didn't read it well enough. ALAS  They just made  14.99 off of me and everone else !! I will see if they issue the $5.00 refund and give an update if they don"t.
