Bait and switch scam from a supposedly reutable dealer. Heather Lewis is a manager who approached me after I was offended by the sales people. She calmed me down and started pushing her customer service skills which are designed to take you of guard while she does a cunning bait and switch. She tried to sell me the car $10K more than from a competitor, luckily I called a friend before signing on the dotted line.

When she realized I wasn't falling for her bait all customer service went out the window and she became rude and nasty! Stay away from this dealer because if she has worked there for 20 years imagine the corruption that has rubbed of her in that store.
