Well I to have fallen victim to this deceptive company. Have tried to contact this so called company by phone and was on the line for 15 minutes with automated operator. The whole time telling me I was 2nd in line to be answered, all the while telling me every minute that the estimated wait time was growing longer,starting at 2 minutes and climbing from there. I do not recommend signing up with this company. I have received some response through email telling me to call customer service for my refund of the $69.00 charge for the line of credit. I implore anyone reading this not to do business with this company. I am still waiting to get in touch with flexcardprogram.com customer service for my refund.
