We are receiving a credit card charge for $14.82 monthly for a health insurance product we did not sign up for or know anything about. When I called the company after researching the internet, they graciously "resent" documents they claimed to send in September to my husbands email account.

We have no record of these documents or signing up for this. I will be contacting our credit card company immediately. I had difficulty understanding the gentleman I was speaking with, definitely a scam.
