My teenage son accessed Flingcams.com using my ATM/bankcard information and when I found out, I had him cancel whatever he had set up on the website. Subsequent to that (which I found out some monthe later) they began to bill my checking account differing amounts to not draw attention to the charge. Over the past six months, the charge averaged $24.95 a month. When I called the 800 number on my statement and asked what company they were and only identified themselves as an "adult website". When I questioned the charges, I was disconnected. I have asked my bank to block the charge and may have to cancel the account and open a new one...

He gave them authorization to charge your account.
When this happened you should have called the bank and told them to not allow that company to withdraw funds. You also should have pushed the company for a copy of their age verification. You let these charges go on for a year though so you are pretty much out of luck.
